HR won't sync my heart rate data

It's been three days now and I've tried everything to get my heart rate to sync! I've reset the tracker, the app, the phone etc...and it still won't sync. Does this have anything to do with iOS 10? I have a 6 plus but just updated to the iOS 10 on Saturday. Is anyone else having issues?

Wonderful troubleshooting

 

If having a Charge / Charge HR it's possible to factory reset the tracker. If having another tracker, the support team* can be contacted, mention what you've already tried to speed things up.

 

Feel free to Factory Reset (URL) your buddy.


Caution > This erases any tracked data (on the tracker) since the previous sync. If possible, make sure the tracker recently sync'ed to your account.
