I did a 108 mile bike ride yesterday. The Fitbit app shows the ride, but it won't display the map. The app was running during the ride and appeared to be functioning normally. It also seems to think I walked over 20000 steps and walked up 66 flights of steps at the same time.

@Glinde  Did your connection to the phone's GPS stay?  Perhaps the connection was lost and that is why you are not seeing the map.

Yes the iPhone connection was/not an issue. The little iPhone icon on the watch face was always there. Besides how could it know the distance biked with out the iPhone connection.

I did a 108 mile bike ride last Saturday.

The app shows the ride, my milage, and my heart rate graph, but will not display the map of the ride. It also thinks I walked over 20,000 steps and climbed 16 flights of stairs at the same time.

On my Fitbit web site dashboard on my PC, the map of the ride and all the other data is shown, but it also thinks I walked over 20,000 steps and climbed 16 flights of stairs at the same time.

The link button on the Fitbit app to email customer support is inactive.

Thanks
