In the Fitbit app (latest update) on our iPhones (6 and 6s), the labeling of the scale on the full-screen display of a day's heart-rate history is wrong.  The values for the vertical divisions of the graph that now are labeled as "0, 40, 80, 120, ..." probably should be revised to "0, 60, 120, 180,..., respectively.  The scale labels appear to be correct for the graph on the iPhone display for daily heart-rate history that shows both the graph and the list of the day's times in heart-rate zones.

@Tevye It would be super helpful if you could share screenshots of the discrepancies that you're referring to. Thanks in advance.

Here are the requested screenshots: (1) the heart-rate page, showing graph (with vertical correct scale) along with listing below of heart-rate data and (2) the full-screen  version of the heart-rate page, showing just the graph with an incorrect vertical scale.)

Full-screen view (vertical scale incorrectly labeled; e.g., indicates resting pulse rate (blue line) about 50 bpm - I wish!)

Previous-page view: not-full screen (vertical scale correctly labeled; e.g., indicates resting pulse rate (blue line) about 72 bpm (average)

Mine is incorrect as well. When you orient it sideways it shows completely different data because it's numbered differently. My heart rate looks like it was in the 20's-30's if I hold my phone vertically but in the 50's-60's if I hold it horizontally. I noticed it after the last update. My lower line used to be 50 when turned horizontally.

Interesting!  Same thing on my phone.  I hadn't noticed that the vertical scale is correct when the phone is oriented horizontally but the scale is incorrect when the phone is oriented vertically.

Ever since the update the heart rate graphs are incorrect. There is another thread about it but I didn't know if it would be helpful to add it here.

With this version of the IOS app, I've noticed that there is a discrepancy in the HR graphs.  I'm attaching screen shots to show what I'm seeing ...

This 1st picture shows my bouncing above 44bpm.

When I tap on the button to expand the image, the graph now shows my HR bouning around well under 40bpm...

I don't remember this happening with previous versions of the app.  Has anyone else seen similar behavior?

I've noticed this as well.  What's further, even the small version of the graph appears to be inaccurate.  One day, I saw my heart rate peak at 133, and my graph in the small version shows 122 as the highest.  My heart rate data is actually really important to me currently, and this really needs to be fixed so that we can see the data accurately.

Hi

I recently bought the fitbit charge HR. I like it very much but the graphs of my heartrate don't show correctly on my iphone.

heart rate graph 1.jpg

So according to this graph my heart rate during the day was between 50 and 162.

heart rate graph 2.jpg

According to this graph it was between 45 and 110

Heart rate graph 3.jpg

And according to this graph between 60 and 181.

So how can i help this, update my iphone or is there something wrong with my fitbit.

Thanks in advance.

When I look at the one-day heart rate graph, the numbers next to the vertical axis are correct. However, when I open the graph in full screen mode, the numbers are wrong. They are differently wrong in vertical and horizontal mode (=turning my phone). I took screen captures with some moment's data label so that it's easier to see it does not match the numbers on the left.

I'm having the same problem after updating the IOS app to version 2.25(545).  Also, the Y axis is no longer auto-scaling, always 0 to 240.  For me, the range of 0 to 40 and 190 to 240 are never used.

@Nodoze welcome to the Community! Wow, that's kind of weird. Have you tried restarting your tracker? If not, please try the following:

  1. Plug your charging cable into the USB port and insert the other end into the port on the back of your Fitbit Charge HR. Your Charge HR will begin charging.
  2. Press and hold the button for 10 to 12 seconds until you see the Fitbit icon and a version number (e.g. "V122").
  3. Let go of the button.
  4. Unplug your tracker from the charging cable.

Also, I recommend force quitting your app and keep an eye to its behavior and post me back with the results!

@Tevye @Jayhawkjess @Junku @david19952 Thank you for taking the time to report this and also share a screenshot (if you did) of what you're seeing. I've sent this information over to our Product Specialist Team who is currently investigating. When I hear an update from them I will make sure to updatr you guys.

In the meantime, I recommend viewing the graph in the online Dashboard at Fitbit.com or the non-full screen view which seems to be correct (screenshot below).

I don't if it is linked to the issue but when you are syncrhonizing with the band, the chart is not updated. I have to restart (on iOS) the app to properly see the chart.

The Fitbit has been synchronized. As you can see there are additional data but it is not plotted.

If I kill and restart the app, the chart is ok and looks like this:
