@stepbrown To sync to both, you will have to either turn off Bluetooth on one device or move the devices away from each other.

@Kmransom123 is right, this is a known limitation of Bluetooth. If you have your Fitbit tracker that is Bluetooth bonded to one of your mobile devices (a step that is required to receive notifications), the Bluetooth bond will prevent you from syncing to a second mobile device.
If this is the case, I'd recommend the tips mentioned in this help article.
