HR won't sync with iPad and iPhone at the same time

When I first got my Fitbit in December, I had no problems syncing to both devices. Now, I have to chose between them. Is there any reason I cannot sync to both of them?

@stepbrown  To sync to both, you will have to either turn off Bluetooth on one device or move the devices away from each other.

Hope that helps~

Hi @stepbrown,

@Kmransom123 is right, this is a known limitation of Bluetooth. If you have your Fitbit tracker that is Bluetooth bonded to one of your mobile devices (a step that is required to receive notifications), the Bluetooth bond will prevent you from syncing to a second mobile device.

If this is the case, I'd recommend the tips mentioned in this help article.
