Hi. I have had nothing but trouble with my Fitbit Sense gathering data since I got it about 2 months ago. It’s brand new and nothing seems to work consistently. The latest annoyance is my HRV data. It last gathered data on June 7th, 13 days ago. And even before that it was days without an HRV score, as you can see. I wear my Fitbit correctly and I always wear it to sleep. Yes, I get all of my other metrics and a sleep score. And yes, I have tried resetting it, what the Twitter Fitbit support person suggested.
Can I fix this somehow? Or can I just get a dang replacement at this point? It’s annoying to pay for something that hardly ever works the way it should.
