Lately, my Fitbit app is only partially syncing with my Versa 3. For example, the app shows the update of steps and hourly activity for today, but the data from yesterday is not updated. Then, this morning, I had to uninstall and reinstall the app and reset my password because I could not open the app on my iphone. It seems as though the Fitbit servers are not up to the job--slow sync times, incorrect data, etc. Also, slow syncing on the website.
Any suggestions?

Hi there, @kneehigh. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 3 before reaching out. @Guy_ Thanks for your help.
In addition to the steps you've tried so far, please try removing the Bluetooth connection between your phone and your Fitbit device:
*On your phone, tap Settings > Bluetooth > the information icon next to the name of your Fitbit device > Forget This Device.
*Open the Fitbit app and set up the connection again. You should receive a message asking you to allow your Fitbit device to pair with your phone. Tap Pair to approve the request.
Sync your Versa automatically when you open the Fitbit app or manually by tapping your profile picture > your device tile > Sync Now.
If the issue persists, please see Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
Hope that helps.
