HRV not logging

For the last two days my hrv has shown zero and when I go into the details, it says no data logged for past 24 hours, which is making my readiness score very low. I’ve updated the app, and rebooted the device and it hasn’t changed. Does anyone know how to fix this?

This has been happening to me since early December. No breathing rate or heart rate variation. I have called Fitbit help, sent them everything they asked for, then they sent me a copy of the manual for my tracker(Sense). I guess that was supposed to make it work right. 
But it isn’t the tracker, it’s the app.
