I recently downloaded the new Fitbit app person 4.10 and it won't change to Kids screen to synch/setup a watch.
I have removed the app and reinstalled, turned off/on my IPhone. Nothing allows me to pair or finish setting up Ace 3 watch. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Thanks for sharing these details and the steps that you've tried on your own. Let's work on this together! Before anything else, may I know if you get an error message after going to You tab > Family > Switch To Kid View? If that's correct, please provide us with the error message as well as the model of your phone as this will help me to further investigate.
In the meantime and if possible, please try using a different mobile device that is compatible with the Fitbit app to see if the process moves forward there.
