Have a new Charge 2 HR to replace Flex. QUESTION: Apps already on phone, iPad, computer. Do I remove Flex from App before setting up new Charge 2 HR? ... or do I leave Flex installation alone and just go ahead with Charge 2 HR setup ... perhaps remove Flex later/afterwards?

Hi, @aphilfb, it really depends on whether you won't ever be using your Flex any more.  If not, yu might as well remove it -- go to account, choose Flex , chiose 'remove this device'   Then you can give it to a friend, if you like.

If yu leave it on your account you should be aware that it will try to sync each time you open your app.  So if you don't think you will be using it, it might be best to remove it,

Sense, Charge 5, Inspire 2; iOS and Android

Thanks, Julia. You're probably right that it would be less complicated to remove Flex before setting up new Charge 2 HR. If I ever need Flex, I could  add it back, I suppose. I just get a bit timid with... or overthink ... things like this.
