I received a Fitbit Charger 2 six days ago and have yet to find success with the app. The Fitbit itself works fine. However, the app seldom recorded the correct data (even though I could see that it was syncing). The notifications for steps and the silent alarm never work no matter how often I set them. The sleep data also never works. I used the app one night to start sleep and finished it the next morning but no data has been recorded. I deleted the app two days ago and restarted my phone. Last night I loaded the app again and now it won't let me log in. I've restarted my iPhone and I've restarted the Charger 2 according to directions on saw on this forum. I'm disappointed this is taking nearly a week to figure out and about ready to return the gift. Any suggestions would be wonderful.

Best help is to click on "Help" at bottom of page for ways to contact official support. Phone support is usually very helpful.

Hello @Tkprice, I've moved your question about the ios app to the ios forum. This should give a better chance of getting an answer.
As for contacting Fitbit, click where your picture would be in the top righr, or in the app under help.
When you say that you cant log in, are there any error messages received?

Currently the app will not let me log in. After I enter in my email and password, which I know are correct because I was able to log in online, I just get the spinning wheel. Nothing happens. I've deleted the app, restarted my phone and reloaded app. I've restarted my Charger 2. I've turned Bluetooth off and back on after restarting phone again.
