Will I lose all my information. I have always used my iphone to sync. my wife bought an ipad and put the fitbit app on it. I removed the app from the ipad now my iphone won't sync. I am proud of my steps, distance floors etc.. and don't want to lose them. All I see on my iphone is calories. On my devices it shows it is connected. I'm afraid to do anything because I'm afraid I will lose my info.

Welcome to the Fitbit Forums @keepfitmanAll Fitbit trackers can record detailed minute-by-minute data for seven days, so if you're able to sync weekly your complete minute-by-minute-data will be available. Daily totals are stored for 30 days for all trackers, so if you're only able to sync monthly you can still see your daily totals on your dashboard. You won't lose any of the information previously synced to your Fitbit account. I'd double check if you have logged in into the correct Fitbit account, since that may be the reason why you're seeing the "your tracker needs to be pair" message. Also, since you have switched to a different mobile device, I recommend checking out this article.

I hope this helps. Let me know how it goes.

Hi @keepfitman how are you doing today? Woman Happy OK so it seems that your Fitbit Charge is not syncing with your iPhone. Let me ask you something, on your mobile Dashboard, you can only see the calories tile, right? if that is the only tile you can see, maybe you just need to show the rest of the tiles, so please take a look of this article "How do I change my Dashboard on the Fitbit app for iOS?" to do so.

Let me know if your information is there! Woman Very Happy
