I see lots of issues but not much resolution. I've purchased over 100 Fitbits for my wellness program at work and am very disappointed there are so many issues with the app not being reliable. Is this for members to complain and report or do actual Fitbit employees respond? Updates haven't solved the issues and team members have opened discussions and not gotten responses except for other people having the same issues.

It would help if you could be more specific. There are plenty of "complaints" that are not really problems but just learning how to use the Fitbits. If you don't specify the issues, we can't tell if they are real problems, or just needing procedures explained. It might also help to know which model you bought, if they were not a wide variety.
Plenty of user complaints get satisfied by just explaining things that might not work exactly as the user was expecting. And some do not get resolved so easily.

Charge 4; iPhone 12; closed group - not all members show in group. Some members show everyone and others don't. I see this is an issue with other folks and there hasn't been a resolution or suggestion given. I've also had other groups and all members show up just fine so you can see why it's an issue.
Not trying to be difficult but it seems like the update in January also blew up other things with my Fitbit but I can live without those (although the people who reported them aren't too happy). I've been a Fitbit user for a long time and that's why I decided to use it for my pilot program.

Yes! But got most answers through other users on this forum. Tech support not helpful, except when they suggested I needed to upgrade my iPhone since my old one didn’t have the ability to download the latest Fitbit version. Rarely had issues with my previous devices. Years ago, they actually replaced one for me out of warranty after I wrote a letter to customer service. Age has its privileges sometimes. Make sure your staff have the latest versions of Fitbit app on their phones to record and sync their stats. Sound like an in service might be needed in how to set up and use. Best of luck! I have used various versions for years! Keeps me going at 71!

@Lindap198 Can you please clarify something for us? A closed group has two lists. There is a list of members and a Group Leaderboard. The list of members should show everyone. A person won't be on the Group Leaderboard if their average daily step count is set to Friends only. It must be public. Are your members looking at two different lists? I am listed as a member in my groups, but I am not on the Leaderboards because of my privacy setting.
I also want to add that you posted this in the iOS app forum, because you mention other issues. Most app issues are specific to the type of app, Android or iOS. They rarely overlap and I doubt that all your members are iPhone users. Other issues need to be addressed in the specific app forum.

Thanks. Tech support recommending deleting the app and reinstalling but that didn't solve anything. As an individual user, no problems but when it comes to groups, then it's not effective for what I need for my program. We've met and everyone set up their apps and know how to sync, etc.

LZeeW, thanks for your comments. All group members are friends and all group members step counts are set to public. In fact, two of my oldest friends that I have seen step counts forever joined the group. I can't see them in the group, but they joined and I can still see the step counts in the friends area. Deleting and reinstalling the app didn't resolve the issue. This issue pertains to just me, not others in the group. I asked because I use an iPhone.
