I just upgraded to a Charge 5 and I can’t find the sleep data. It’s not showing anywhere in the app. I can’t add a tile or set a sleep schedule. Any ideas?

I have a versa 2 and since the last update neither the sleep syncs nor the heart rate - just appears like “—“ i tried everything shutting down, factory reset , tighter wristband - nothing
