I’ve used a Fitbit since Christmas 2018.  Recently upgraded from an Alta HR to the Charge 3.  Up until just recently I would only need to log in to the Fitbit app on rare occasions (maybe once a month) but recently I have had to login every time I try to open the app. Is there anyway to have it save my login and avoid this?

Hi, @Chadkirk84 , that does sound odd, and I am pretty sure that it is not related to upgrading to Charge 3.  Normally you should be logged in until you log out.  Have you changed your phone recently (which phone are you using)?

I think I would recommend deleting the app and r-downloading it and then logging in in the usual way and see if that helps you stay logged in.

In the Account section on your app you can also see all the devices that have logged in to your account and make sure that you rcognize all of them.
