Having trouble pairing/syncing my Fitbit to my iPhone 8 after updating? What can i do?

I'm sorry to hear that you are having difficulties pairing/syncing your Fitbit device after updating. Thank you for letting us know that you have an iPhone 8. If you haven't done it already, please follow our guide to resolve either set up or syncing issues.

 

If this doesn't help, please provide the following information:

- Do you receive any error when trying to sync? Can you attach a screenshot of the error?

- What information have you recently updated? Your phone OS, the Fitbit app, your device's firmware?
