Having trouble loading app on phone.

I have the dash board on my MacBook Pro because I rarely use my phone at home.  How do I load it on my iPhone 6 plus in ADDITION to my laptop.  It won't let me load it on my phone.  Is it because I already have it on my laptop?  Can you use the dashboard on the laptop and the app on your phone?

Hello @0228lisa when you say that it, not sure what it is, won't let me load app, what type of error do you receive? On your phone, did you go to http://www.fitbit.com/setup and follow the link to the software? 

 

Since this is about the iOS app and not the Charge 2 hardware, I'm moving your post to the iOS board. This way it will be seen by iOS users only, another helpful too would have been to include the phone type in the title.
