I have worn my Versa 4 since 05/28/25, and have recorded over 236,000 steps. All data syncs to my FitBit app on my iPhone, except for the hourly Heart Data Chart. How do I solve this issue?

Hi @TheTruth101. I moved your post to the iOS app forum, a better fit for your issue. Try deleting, then reinstalling your Fitbit app. Sync your Versa 4 first, so you don't lose data.

Thank you for the quick reply. I have done as you advised, but unfortunately it still states “Wear your device to get the heart rate data”.
After suffering a H/A in 10/06/24, followed up by 3 stents, my wife purchased this so as we can keep track of the heart data, as I am full tilt back into cardio and strength training. Hopefully we can get this to work. It’s great having all the secondary data, but the daily chart would really be nice.
Thank you

@TheTruth101 I don't have this bug on my iPhone, so I don't know why you have this issue. I flagged your post to get a moderator's attention. You can see your heart rate in a different tile. Tap on your Active Zone Minutes tile. I hope this graph is working for you. Both your screenshots list your time in your heart rate zones.

Thank you, Laurie. I have found all of the other tiles, and areas, that list the heart rate data, but this one, screenshot below, will show me the entire day at a glance. Thank you for tagging my post. Hopefully they have a fix. Appreciate your assistance.

@TheTruth101 Please tap on your Active Zone Minute tile (or icon if you have it in the top icons). There is a bar graph at the top. Scroll down to the graph. It shows the whole day, too.

Miss Laurie, yes I have that Zone Minutes graph, and it is working properly. Just need the Heart Data graph to work in the same manner.
Thank you.

Good Afternoon Miss Laurie,
I did check the other tabs on Heart Data chart in question. The Week, Month, and Year tabs are all functioning correctly. It’s just the Day tab that’s not working.
Thank you.

It’s an app issue with iPhone. Have to go into iPhone Settings, General, Time & Date, and toggle on 24-Hour.
Went back and checked the Heart Rate Data chart and it was displaying correctly!
Thank you for your assistance. Hopefully they fix that issue in the future.

I know it is not much help, but this issue has been around for over 9 months now (see https://community.fitbit.com/t5/iOS-App/Daily-heart-rate-graph-not-showing-solved/m-p/5697258). There are many discussions on this that keep being closed as "solved" rather than Google/Fitbit taking a look and fixing this bug.

Fortunately, the issue of the data showing is solved, but yes unfortunately FitBit and Google need to fix the actual issue/bug. I wasn’t a fan of the 24-hr clock in the Army, and 40 years later I’m still not a fan.
Agreed, the problem is not “Solved”.

@TheTruth101 Thank you for sharing the 24 hour clock observation.
My work uses a 24 hour clock for record keeping. I may be in the US, but I’ve been using a 24 hour clock for a long time, both in and out of the military.
