Heart Rate Monitor not syncing with iPhone App

I have tried everything, including restarting my Charge HR, turning off Bluetooth, logging out of my app, and even rebooting my phone. Nothing has worked. On my app, all I get is my resting BP, which is 63. On my Fitbit Charge HR, it says my pulse rate is 75 or 85 (after I've been moving around)

When I took off my Fitbit, the app still was registering the 63 resting rate, when it should be getting just the line across because the Fitbit wasn't on my arm and no pulse rate should have been registering at all.

So, it seems to not be syncing. And I don't know what else I can try. Any suggestions?

Somehow, I got it working. I went into my phone Bluetooth settings, disconnected the Fitbit again and paired it and that did the trick. I am a happy camper because I really love my HR Charge.
