Greeting everyone! My name is Kavita. I work as a Hair specialist in a hair transplant clinic. Before going to work, I used to do running and stretching exercises. A day before yesterday, I noticed my Fitbit was not tracking my heart rate, and it just froze. I tried restarting the watch and even reinstalling the app, but nothing happened. As I need to monitor my heartbeat while running and exercising, it's very frustrating. Has anyone experienced this problem before, and how do I fix this?

Yes, I have a Versa Lite and this morning my Fitbit was giving me crazy heart readings, over 150 and freezing. I verified it was incorrect by using my blood pressure monitor.
I fixed the problem by rebooting my Fitbit.

Hi @Kavita34612 and warm welcome to the forums. @CathyWB thanks for your message and for the feedback given, I appreciate it.
I'm grateful for your posts, and I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing troubles regarding the heart rate tracking of your Inspire 3.
Could you please confirm if your device is set to Worn on Wrist or Clipped on Body? When Inspire 3 is set to Clipped on Body, certain features are turned off, including heart-rate tracking, automatic exercise tracking, and Active Zone Minutes. To do so, please swipe down for the clock screen and tap the setting to adjust it. When you turn off a setting, the icon appears dim with a line through it.
Please verify as well if the heart rate tracking is turned on or off. Swipe down from the clock screen and open the Settings app. Swipe up to check the full list of settings, and tap a setting to adjust it.
In order to look at the complete advices regarding the device's navigation, please check the following help article: How do I navigate my Fitbit device?
