Hi all,
I've been using FitBit Charge 2 for the last 4 months. I usually wear it while exercising in the gym, so quite often I log the activity after it is done. Since last saturday I notice that my heart rate is not showing when I log my exercise. I haven't done any updates or logged in a different way. Any idea how to fix it?
Thank you, Juliana

Hello @Juuu87, have a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board.
Occasionally the tracker can have difficulty finding a signal, typically due to the tracker's fit. For example, wearing your band tightly may constrict blood flow in your wrist and affect the signal. Moving the tracker up a couple inches can be helpful during high-intensity exercises or exercises that cause you to bend your wrist frequently.
If you're wearing the tracker correctly and the heart rate setting is still not showing up in your manually logged exercise, please restart your tracker.
I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else.
