Charge 4
IOS 13.4.1
I am new to fitness trackers and forums so maybe this question seems very basic and possibly silly. But.....
The resting heart rate 'graph' shown in the app seems different to the 'graph' shown in the active zone minutes. If I look at both at the exact same time of day one reading shows 58bpm and the other shows 111bpm. Am I misinterpreting the data somehow?

@SunsetRunner might you be confusing your resting heart rate with your current heart rate (or heartrate at a particular point of time on the graph)?

Hi @Julia_G
Thank you for answering my question.
You may be right. I was just confused by seeing a 'normal' looking heart rate on the beats per minute chart and when checking on my zone minutes the chart showed a couple of high spikes. Looking at exactly the same time on both charts showed markedly different values.
I am now concerned that I am experiencing heart rate spikes whilst sleeping.
Thanks again for your comments.
Simon
