Heart rate chart not populating

Sometime last night, my heart rate stopped being charted in the IOS app and on the website. But the heart rate is reading properly on my FitBit Charge 2—and shows up correct in the app itself. It just isn't showing me a chart of my heart rate over time, and it didn't record my heart rate during my workout this morning either, just calories burned and active minutes.

All other readings, in addition to heart rate, are showing up accurately in the app dashboard. And, like I said, my current heart rate shows up there. It's just not logging my heart rate continually as it does normally.

My app is set to sync throughout the day, and I haven't changed anything in the settings between yesterday when this functionality was working and today when it is not.

Help?!

@utang44, welcome! It's nice to have you on board!

Let me help you with your missing heart rate data. Start by logging out from the app, restart your phone and log back in. I also suggest you clean the back of your device with cotton and rubbing alcohol and restart it. Turn the heart rate off, save and sync then turn it on save and sync again. Also check these tips to improve the heart rate reading on your device.

Let me know how it goes.

The heart rate is reading fine. It displays correctly on the FitBit and the current heart rate shows on the app.

What is NOT working is the logging of heart rate over time. It’s not recorded my heart rate continuously for the last two days now, so there’s no information on the heart rate chart for that time period. Doesn’t make any sense to me, since it’s obviously reading it.
