Heart rate different from exercise and resting heart rate report

When I go to track exercise for an activity such as a walk, will show a max heart rate of say 157, but then when I go to bpm resting and look at the data graph, it shows a max heart rate of 137. I went back for several weeks and it's the same back then as well, how can we get this fixed as one of the reports is wrong. Thanks
