Heart rate graph not working anymore.

The heart are graph has worked great since I got my Fitbit Charge HR, but over the past two days, it has stopped graphing my heart rate data.  At first, it was sporadic, only missing portions of the day, and now, it's almost completely gone.

I can confirm that every time I look at my Fitbit, it has an active heart rate measurement, right now it's reading 76 BPM. Also, it seems to record my heart rate during workouts just fine, they simply do not show up on the graph.  It also appears as through it's still calculating my resting heart rate, although I can't be sure because it hasn't changed in the past two days and I can't see the data on the graph.

I've included 3 screen shots, one of a normal day of wearing my Fitbit before the problem occurred, and two from the past two days showing how the graph slowly stopped recording. I wore my Fitbit for the entire day in all three screenshots, except for showering.

What I've tried:

  • Force Quitting the iOS app.
  • Updating the iOS app to the latest version (tried that today with no luck)

Follow up: I've checked all other threads on this issue and none of their solutions have worked. Also, I noticed that in some of the other cases, the heart rate graph still showed correctly on the desktop dashboard... in my case, it does not.

Any my help would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry I don't have an answer, just something similar, no heart rate on the dashboard since this morning.  Sent out a help request, might take 48h to respond...

I've got the exact same error.  It's been getting worse. I've tried EVERYTHING.

I gave up using fitbit on the iPad. I've tried everything the support group
told me to, and I can't even open the app on the iPad. Nothing, nada!
Downloaded the app on my phone instead, and it's working for me. Less
features but I get the basics.
