Heart rate won’t track anymore. Just stopped working one day and cannot get it back. Also sleep stages stopped recording, now it only gives time asleep. Troubleshoot suggestions did not help. Any suggestions?

Thank you for coming to the community with your question. Fitbit estimates your sleep stages using a combination of your movement and heart-rate patterns. If your heart rate monitoring is not working it will explain why your not getting sleep stages. Thank you for following the troubleshooting steps I provided. I’m sorry you’re still experiencing issues. Can you please try restarting your Fitbit Tracker several times. Here’s how:https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1186
If restarting several times does not work I would try one more step to see if that doesn’t resolve your issue. Lets force shut the app and restart the device.
Heres how:
log out of your Fitbit App
force shut the app by swiping the app upward
turn your iOS device off completely, wait 1-2 mins then restart your iOS device
log back into your account as you normally would with your email address and password
sync your Fitbit Tracker.
