Why did I stop receiving text messages from iPhone to Versa?

Help!  I've tried everything.  I was receiving text messages on my fitbit from my iphone.  Then they stopped when I did the upgrade on my iphone to ios 13.  Then I got them working again.  Now they stopped again.  But still getting other notifications from Gmail on my fitbit.  Reset notifications on fitbit & iphone and restarted.

 

Anyone else having this issue?  Is there a solution?

I’m sorry you’re experiencing problems receiving notifications. Currently notifications are a known issue that the Fitbit Team is aware of and they are working on a fix. I don’t know when this fix will be available. Please watch this thread here for information: https://community.fitbit.com/t5/iOS-App/Stopped-seeing-notifications-after-updating-to-iOS-13/m-p/37...

On that thread you can find updates, possible tips and possible workarounds that may help while the issue is addressed.
