I have tried to re-start my charge HR and force closed the app on my phone. Since upgrading to iPhone 7 yesterday the app is not registering my heart rate - its driving me crazy as I specifically need to see what my heart rate is doing - someone please help???
thanks in advance

Best AnswerI had a similar issue when I got my new phone. What I ended up doing was telling the app to delete the tracker, and then I re-setup the tracker to the phone. After I did that, it worked like a charm

Best AnswerI've just tried this fix but now my iPhone won't find my Fitbit. When I tried to repeat the device set-up process I was prevented from doing so as it's already registered. Any suggestions?
Best AnswerFinally got my phone to see the Fitbit, but HR still not showing up on my dashboard. This is really frustrating.

Hello @RamoGirl, thanks for joining the Fitbit Community and thanks for sharing your experience. ![]()
Is the heart rate showing on your tracker but not on your Dashboard? If so, it's possible the heart rate tile is hidden inside the app. To make the tile visible again please scroll all the way down and tap on the Edit button, the heart rate tile will appear with a plus sign on the top right corner, tap on the plus sign and you'll be able to add it to your normal Dashboard.
I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else.
Best AnswerThanks Marco G. The tile is displaying and it's showing my resting HR but not my current HR. I'm attaching a screenshot. Any advice gratefully received!

Hello @RamoGirl, I hope you're having a great day, thanks for taking the time to reply and include a screenshot. ![]()
In this case, if you're able to see heart rate displaying on your tracker's screen, when you open the Fitbit app, allow it a couple of minutes after it has synced for the tile to display your current heart rate. If you're still not able to see it, please enable All-day Sync inside the app to improve the connection between your tracker and your phone.
To enable All-day Sync, open the Fitbit app and tap on Account > your tracker, scroll down and you'll be able to see All-day Sync. Enable it and sync your tracker once again.
I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and let me know the outcome!
Hi Marco. Thanks for taking the time to reply and thanks for your suggestion. It worked! Many thanks.
All the best
