Heart rate tile stopped updating

Hi  I have only just started using my fitbit charge 2 properly and I notice that the heartbeat monitor on the mobile app has not updated since 19:30 yesterday.  I am running IOS 11.  Is this something I have done or a system problem ?

Please note that the heart rate tile will only show your current heart rate when the Fitbit Charge 2 is syncing and after it has synced and the tracker shows as connected (a green icon will appear next to the tracker's name). Otherwise, the heart rate tile will only show your "resting heart rate" which will not vary.
