I am having issues with my charge 3 etc. When going to the help articles it’s a totally different language and when I check the location it is in Canada -

Best AnswerHi @SunsetRunner - Please open the Fitbit app on your iPhone and Account at the top, left corner. Scroll down to Advanced Settings. If your iPhone is in the correct time zone, you will want to change your Time Zone to Set Automatically. Sync your device, then check the Help settings again. Please let us know if this helps.
