HI i have contacted fitbit so many times regarding my fitbit not receiving messages and it will not sync are pair just comes back pairing failed please try again..,after 20 times i'm fed up... i had the fitbit 2 much better i have to say.. i have had my fit bit replaced and still after a month it happens again .Not getting any joy with fit bit as each time you communicate you get someone different telling you to do this do that...don't fit bit read emails or messages first to see what stage we are at rather than five or six back n forth emails n still nowt changes.....I'm even thinking contacting consumer watchdog as it is not just me having the problem there is actually thousands online complaining and no one seams to have the answer....p.s i have upgraded my iphone too so it;'s not the phone at fault

Are you trying to pair the tracker through the phones Bluetooth? By design of the low energy Bluetooth, the user can not do this.
Have you check the help docs.
