I was attempting to go to the help forums from the Fitbit app on my iPhone, and it kept redirecting me to external websites in the Safari browser. My click-flow was:
Help and Support > Contact Customer Support > Fitbit Community
The redirects to Safari are opening doubleclick and hotjar, but the pages end up being blank. I just reproduced the issue. What is this? Has my Fitbit app been hacked? Is there a security flaw in the Fitbit servers?

@robbb I was able to reproduce this on my iPhone. I will flag this for urgent attention.

@robbb Welcome to the Community.
Let me help you about this. I tried the same steps like you on my Android device but I was redirected to the correct site. Could you try logging out from the app, restart your phone and log back in and then retry the steps you mentioned? Also is your app up to date? Could you also try clearing cache and cookies on your Safari browser? Finally could you let me know which OS version is your phone running and the app version?
I look forward to your reply.

@AlvaroFitbit I followed all the steps you recommended. My iOS is 14.2 and my Fitbit is 3.35. I still go to the same spam, unwanted page when I follow the steps listed by @robbb.

@LZeeW thank you for the update.
I am really not sure why this is happening as it should direct you to the official Fitbit boards so I will look into this and report it so our team can take actions about this.
Keep me posted.

@robbb @LZeeW I've got an update and would like to leave it in a different post for relevance.
It seems that there is an issue with the iOS Community mobile link and the team is already aware of this issue. They are working on fixing this but I also wanted to clarify that this isn't the results of any hacks.
Let me know how it goes.
