Hi,
I’ve had to use my husband’s Fitbit account whilst mine is deleted and restarted.
same app, same phone, same Fitbit as I’ve been using every day for the last year.
I link with MFP for calorie counting, normally my app dashboard (iOS) in the food tab on today, usually gives me how many calories I’ve tracked and how many approx I’ve got left for the day. Throughout the day it would give me a live view of my deficit, how many I’ve got left etc. Absolutely brilliant for me.
Now I’ve signed into my husbands account and linked up my Fitbit I’m basically starting afresh (his account hasn’t been used in years) and all I have on the food section of my today tab is just the number of calories tracked and then underneath ‘keep logging your food’ instead of normally how many calories left for the day.
is this because I need to do a weeks worth of tracking for ex and then it has a good idea of my average burn? Or have I lost this wonderful feature forever?!
I do not want to go into a food plan or weight goals, this is what I did with my account and could not reverse (MFP set my targets for me) and has resulted in me having to delete my account and start again.
Any help would be hugely appreciated!
