I came here to the forum after deleting my Alta hr from the app not realizing there was a problem with ios13. Got a new iPhone 11 today now cannot get the Fitbit to setup again what can i do? This is crazy

First, make sure you use the same account to have your old data back.

 

Need more detail than "cannot get the Fitbit to setup again".  Exactly what happens?  Where are you in the setup process?  Any error messages?

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

when in setup and you go to next it just keeps searching and never goes past that. Saying plug in Fitbit, turn Bluetooth on and off

Nothing happens after that. My Fitbit is not sync with phone anymore
