How to turn off Today Insights?

Hi Guys,

does anybody know how to turn of these suggestions about nutrition, sleep, etc.?

My girlfriend does not get those.

I understand you want to disable the tips and motivational items that pop up in your Fitbit App. I really have no explanation as to why your girlfriend doesn’t have them and you do. It might be because your tracker is newer and was built into the software. My tracker is almost two years old and I don’t get them either but I did when I first got it. It’s super annoying that Fitbit has started using an irritating popup ad that covers the whole screen and must be closed each time I use the app to access features that can only be accessed via the app!  We've paid for the Fitbit and it’s features. Why should we be forced to deal with ads in the app?

Why was my post moved?  I am not discussing “insights”. I’m talking about Fitbit ads for shopping in the Fitbit store that pop up every time I open the app. Seems like my post was moved just to hide it in a less offensive category:/

I moved you post. I sincerely apologize for misunderstanding. I thought you were speaking about the motivational tips and insight. Please accept my apology. I understand now you’re  discussing the occasional ads that may pop up with a sale Fitbit might be having. I don’t experience those very often but if it something you wish to be removed from the Fitbit App you can vote to have them removed here:https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Feature-Suggestions/Removing-Ads-from-App/idi-p/2523825.

Since it’s now understood that my topic was legit, why hasn’t it been moved back?  And the link you provided does not work. “Invalid Parameters Specified”.

Not only is it annoying to have to close it out, but because the new dashboard uses such a small font, I can’t read it. What a,pain!
