Won’t connect to iPhone 11

My Fitbit Versa will not connect to my phone all of a sudden. It was working fine yesterday before I took it off to charge and now it won’t even find it when searching. I have restarted both my phone and Fitbit and turned my Bluetooth on and off, I’ve disconnected it on the app and tried setting up as a new device but still nothing both my phone and Fitbit are on the latest update. It has done this before but it connected after a few attempts but will not connect this time

I understand you’re experiencing syncing issues with your Fitbit Versa when trying to connect to your iPhone 11. The troubleshooting steps you have already taken are great ones to try and resolve the problem. I did read through some of your previous post you recently submitted and I did notice something. Just a very short while ago you were trying to download Spotify to an iPhone 6s. Have you recently gotten a new phone? (You state an iPhone 11 here) If this is the case can you make sure your iPhone 6s is still not connected to your Fitbit Versa. Having them connected to two separate phones can cause conflicts.

Yes as I said in my previous messages I did get a new iPhone 11 and was still having trouble and my old phone is completely turned off so no way of it connecting at the same time but my watch has since connected again so hopefully it doesn’t happen again
