Help with sync after iOS 13 update

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Hi all, I’ve been following the fixes for HR2 sync issues after the IOS update. The only issue is, i’m unable to see how I log out of the Fitbit app. No matter what I try, I can’t see the settings wheel on my dashboard now that screen set up has changed. I don’t appear to be able to screenshot what I’m seeing, so anyone else that can post a pic of where I start - this would be appreciated.

Thank you Lillyafitbit- I don’t know why I wasn’t seeing that before, but coupled with the uninstall of the app, it is now finally working. Let’s hope it’s not a reoccurring problem. Help much appreciated.
