Hello again @KnthoAs92

Im sorry restarting your Fitbit did not resolve the issue.

I have seen that reinstalling your Fitbit app completely greatly improves this issue. You will not lose any data doing this.

Here’s how:

1. Log out of the Fitbit app and force shut the app by swiping up

2. uninstall the Fitbit App from your device

3. now completely shut down your device and wait about 1 min then restart your device

4. once your device has reloaded reinstall the Fitbit app by downloading it from the App Store

5. once it’s installed, log into your device as you normally would with username and password

6. don’t touch anything in the app...just wait until you get a prompt from your Bluetooth.

7. When prompted by your Bluetooth tap yes

8. now try to sync

😃 Please let me know if I provided you with the best answer to resolve your issue.

Hello @KnthoAs92

Welcome to the Fitbit Community. I understand your experiencing syncing issues. Hopefully I can help. Let’s start by trying to restart your Inspire. You will not lose your data doing this.
Here’s how:

  1. Plug the charging cable into the USB port on your computer or any UL-certified USB wall charger.
  2. Hold the other end of the charging cable near the port on the back of the tracker until it attaches magnetically. The pins on the charging cable must connect securely with the port.
  3. Press and hold the button on your tracker for 5 seconds.
  4. Release the button. When you see a smile icon and the tracker vibrates, the tracker restarted.

😃 Please let me know if I provided you with the best answer to resolve your issue.

Hello
Unfortunately this did not correct the problem. I still get a message about Bluetooth not available. I had never gotten this message GeForce this weekend.

Thanks. KT

Hello That worked perfectly. I appreciate your time and expertise.
Just curious, when I entered my post, I "fat-fingered" the name.  It shouldn't be KnthoAs92, when I meant to type kjthomas92.  Any thoughts on correcting that.
Again, thank you.

@KnthoAs92  I’m Super excited your back up and running! Happy Stepping!!  Unfortunately your account name you created to post with can not be changed. (Fat-fingered typed 🤣 Thank you so much for the laugh. I literally laughed out loud. I’ve never heard that phrase. I’ll have to commit that witty phrase to memory)
