My app is not updating. How can I fix it?

Hi @mslucci,

For clarification, what operating system is your iOS device running (ie iOS 8, iOS 9.2.1, etc)? Please keep in mind that the current Fitbit iOS App version has a minimum requirement of iOS 8.

Also what type of iOS device are you using (ie iPhone 6, iPod touch 6th gen, etc)?
