Hi,

yesterday night I was feeling ok and put on the fitbit device before going to sleep to track mu sleep. Today when I woke up and saw my HR graph it was showing exceptionally high HR (190 BPM) for good 17 mins but in remember I was feeling fine and had seen my device around that time but the device was not showing such a high HR.

what could be the possible reason?

Hi @Sunaina19, welcome to the Community forums.

I'm sorry to see that you've been having trouble with the heart rate information in the Fitbit app, thank you for sharing this information.

Before considering other options, please try to logout from the Fitbit app, restart the phone and log back in, then sync your Fitbit device again and check if you're able to see your heart rate information properly. This has been useful to other users who have experienced trouble with the app not displaying information correctly.

Please keep me posted.

Hi, I logged out of my fitbit app and logged in again. The app and device are not in sync however the previously captured information is not corrected but I am hoping to see correct information now onwards.

Hello @Sunaina19, thank you for your reply  and sorry for the delayed response.

It's great to know that your information is showing up properly in the Fitbit app; it wouldn't be possible to modify data for the previous days, but it's good to see that the app and device and now in sync. Let me know if everything keeps working properly for the following days.

Keep me posted.
