All that’s up is that I haven’t received call or text notifications on my Fitbit since the most recent update last week. Help?

Let me help you with your text notifications. Lets try refreshing the link between your phone and your Fitbit device by doing the following:

  • Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  • Restart your phone and restart your device.
  • You can find additional suggestions here.
