Hi I have a charge 3, just recently I’ve noticed I’m getting different info I.e daily steps app says I’ve done 5 out of 11 hours and Fitbit says 10 out of 11. So it’s not sending the correct info

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing the issue you're experiencing with the Hourly Activity Goal on your Charge 3 not matching the app information. I am glad to assist you with that. Have you tried to log out and log back in, and then manually sync the tracker?
