My dir bit one is saying no device found on the app
is it dead?

I am glad to assist you with the message you see about no device found on the app. If your Fitbit One is charged and the screen is working, please follow the troubleshooting steps to sync your tracker: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

 

If your tracker is not showing anything on screen, please follow these instructions: Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?
