Hourly Activity not showing correct information from Blaze.

My blaze watch is not recording my 250+ steps per hour, currently 9/9, but when I sync with the app the data does not show on the app on iOS.

Also not showing my Sleep in the app or HR rate on the watch.  All was working fine yesterday, no new update of the app or iOS version, not sure what is wrong.  Tried the solutions for HR, off, auto, on, also reset watch, closed app and restarted iPhone.

Watch version 17.8.402.1

App version 8.402.1

iOS 11.4.1

iPhone 7

Sleep updated successfully last night on the app, steps per hour and HR still an issue though.

UPDATE:

Hourly goals have now started to sync with the app, no idea why they stopped working or how they have started to work again.
