Hourly Activity tile not updating data.

I replaced my Charge HR with a Charge 2.  However, both of them are still on the same account  My Fitbit tracker shows the hourly activity goal being met, and so does the dashboard on my laptop.  My new IOS cell phone (I replaced my old phone) is showing all the statistics except for the hourly activity goal.  It never updates it.    Both trackers are showing on my account on the new cell phone. When I using my old Charge HR, the IOS cell phone was showing the hourly activity goal being met   I've checked all the settings, and it looks like it should work  It doesn't make sense that the dashboard on my laptop is showing the hourly activity goal being met, but not my cell phone.  Thanks for any input you can give me.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention, at this moment I would like to ask you for a screenshot of your Hourly Activity tile so I can check this further. In the meantime, as the information seems to be updating correctly in the online Dashboard I would like to suggest you the following:

 

  • Force-close the app by double tapping the home button on your phone and swiping up the app.
  • Log out from the app, restart your phone and log back in.
