Hourly activity discrepancies between watch and app.

On my Versa, the goal said I had 3 of 9 hours, but the app kept saying 0 of 9 hours no matter how many times I synced. All other stats appear to match.

It does appear to be syncing again correctly from this point on, but the previous hours still aren't showing up. Now my Versa says 4 of 9 hours, but the iOS app just says 1 of 9.

How do I rectify this?

I used to have this problem with my Charge 2, but an update a while back fixed it. Recently (couple days ago?) it has started happening again.

Is the issue you are aware of applicable to the Charge 2 as well, or only the Versa?

Thank you.

I only have a Versa, so I'm not sure. I previously had a Blaze and never had this issue.

Another symptom of this is that the heart rate tracking appears to have stopped working when this occurs. The only way to get it working again is to reboot my Versa. Once the hearts rate tracking works, the syncing starts working again from that point forward. But the missing data never syncs back to the app.

Hello @janelsenor and @mcarland, I hope you're doing well, it's nice to see you around. Smiley Happy

First of all, I would like to apologize for the delay in the response. I appreciate you have come back and shared your experience and feedback about this situation. At this moment, we currently don't have new updates about the progress of this issue.

@janelsenor, could you please elaborate about the issue you're having with heart rate on your Versa? Since when have you experienced this situation? Additionally to restart the Versa, have you tried anything else like turning off and on Heart Rate from the watch itself through the Settings app? This will be very helpful for us to check this further.

Thanks for your patience and understanding, we'll be waiting for your next reply.

Still nothing?

As completing hourly activity is a prominent feature of the app/device, I find it hard to believe that this is not being addressed. Especially since it was an issue that garnered much attention and was then fixed in the past.

Now I can't even get a response as to if it is a known issue, or if there is a plan to resolve it...
