Hourly activity icon is trying to represent something related to hourly activity, but it is completely messed up. Nobody can understand what exactly is saying for example this screenshot:
Is it that the 3rd hour actually had 250+ steps or not? I can't even say which one is the current hour right now, looking at this circle.
Even worse, what is the situation with 4th hour? Obviously it is not coloured, which means I had < 250 steps, but why is it partially squeezed at the beginning?
In general - why hours are not separated from each other, how to distinguish between hours?

Hi @KlimentToshkov tap on the hourly tile and it should show you which hours you achieved it and which you didn't. Using Android, it shows me red dots for the hours I made and a blank where I didn't make it. Check that and let us know.

I know this very well.
My report is that the tile in main screen is completely messed up instead of delivering clear information as for example the one for Daily Exercises, which indicates clearly how many days you had.

Thanks for your assistance @Odyssey13. Hi there @KlimentToshkov.
Thanks for the detailed information shared and for providing a picture. I suggest trying the following:
Hope this helps.

Hi. Of course it didn’t help simply because that is a “feature“ built this way in the software and the device itself. You can see photo of device before first hour is finished (9:55 am) that second dot is already partially highlighted. The same goes with the app - see two photos, one befor and one after the 250+ steps. You can see that before and after, in both photos, there is something squeezed with the dots for first hour.

Images with better quality. For unknown reason when I replied from mobile browser, they got resampled to the point to be hard to read.

@KlimentToshkov Thanks for response.
I appreciate for providing me more details and new pictures about this situation. I understand your concern. To continue with this, do mind to confirm when this started to happen? Did you restart your phone? In the meantime I'd suggest restarting your Fitbit device. See How do I restart my Fitbit device?
If the issue persists, please confirm if this is happening only with the Hourly activity icon on the Fitbit itself, or if you see any other icon on your Fitbit that looks like this.
Catch you later.

This behaviour is observed for months. Happens with Charge 4 and now with Charge 5. For this reason I believe it is *NOT* related to the tracker itself, but is application behaviour.
In regard to your questions - Charge 5 has been restarted and reset multiple times during the course of troubleshooting it's Bluetooth problems. Phone is also restarted of course. Issue is observed ONLY with Hourly activity icon on the Fitbit Charge 5 itself, and ALSO on the iOS application. Clearly illustrated with photos above.

This is still not fixed 2 updates of the app later.
All dots are messed up on the app and as well on Charge 5 screen.

Having programmed display with overlays like this, it would appear that the algorithm that calculates to positions of the dots has a rounding problem.
