I just switched from galaxy s20 to iPhone 13 pro and I have reset my password to work with the iPhone and now when I try to sign in it tells me that my pass word isn’t safe and I should reset it and when I try to it says the link isn’t ok, I’ve done this multiple times and redownloaded the app and it still won’t work… help

Hi @Robinmmg. Welcome to the Community Forums.
Thanks for the details provided, and the steps tried on your own. Just to confirm, did the message about your password come from Fitbit? Or is a notification from Apple? I'm asking this as your iPhone 13 Pro has a setting to detect compromised passwords. This means that you'll get a notification if by any chance your credentials aren't safe or were used to log into other apps or sites. Assuming this is your case, you can go to your iPhone's settings > Password > Security Recommendations to turn off those notifications.
In regards to your Fitbit account, I'd recommend going to your online dashboard and resetting your password one more time. Then try logging in the Fitbit app using the new credentials and let me know how it goes.
