I just started having this problem (this week), and also, the actual fitbit Charge 3 is loosing hours it recorded.

Have tried the logout, rebooting of my iphone 11 and rebooting the fitbit to no avail.

I am having the same problem on my Charge 4. Today so far the watch says 5 of 13 and the app says 4 of 13.  This has been going on for several weeks now.  I’ve tried the suggested steps above multiple times but nothing is working.

My new inspire 3 is randomly not recognising hourly steps on the app but it recognises them on the actual device.  Yesterday it said I’d done 6/9 hours but the tracker showed 9/9.   Never had this problem with inspire 2.    I’ve tried all the resets and Bluetooth fixes, phone fixes but nothing works

Hi there, @Mikej55 @Jofo3158 and @pinger. Nice to see you around the Fitbit Community Forums.

Thanks for sharing your reports about this situation as well for the pictures provided. About the hourly activity, let me share that our team has received reports about this tile not matching between the Fitbit app and the Fitbit. They're working on this situation to bring a solution, and while there aren't more details when it'll be let me suggest to keep the Fitbit app up-to-date.

Do you know when this will be fixed?  It is off pretty much every day. My Fitbit shows way more hours than my app. It is really disappointing me.
