Hourly activity not showing on phone app

Howdy! 

ive has issues with my phone syncing my hourly activity. Yesterday my watch said I had all 12 active hours but on the app it says I only hit 9...

Im happy you came to the community with your question. I understand you have an issue with your active mins not correctly syncing to your Fitbit App. My suggestion would be to do a restart on your Fitbit Tracker. You can find instructions on how to restart your tracker here: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1186

If you find that your still experiencing problems with syncing active mins correctly I would try this:

log out of your Fitbit App

shut your device completely down, wait 1-2 mins then restart your device and let it fully load

now log back into your Fitbit App as you normally would with your email address and password

Hi, 

 

I am having the same issue. I have followed all the guidelines for logging in and out of app/ resetting Fitbit and removing my charge 3 and readding it. 

nothing seems to be working. I got over 250 steps on 11 out of 11 active hours on my Fitbit but the app/ website is saying 9 hours. The two missing hours also so no steps on the graph displaying my daily steps when I definitely went over the 250 on both hours. 

how do I fix this?
