Hourly steps not showing in app

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

My Versa 3 is showing I’ve done my hourly steps for 9:00 and I know I did, but the app is not showing steps done for 9:00. It shows I’ve done all except 9:00 thru to & including 10:00 steps. I’ve turned off Bluetooth & turned it back on & synced again but app still not showing 9:00 steps

Hi there, @Lueds55.

I understand how you're feeling about this situation and thanks for the information, as well as the steps that you've tried prior to posting. Because it's been a few days, could you confirm if the issue with the hourly activity persists?

I'd also like to mention that our team released a new update for the Fitbit app. If it was already installed, reboot your phone and keep syncing your Versa 3 as this will ensure that all your data is updated correctly.

It seems ok. No problem since. Just the one day. I have updated to 4.18

I’m not sure if she is having the problem, but I am and have for the last four days.  Here’s this morning’s hourly count. 3300 steps and a recorded exercise in the 8 o’clock hour.

Hi there, @AnnieM25.

Thanks for joining this thread and sharing all this information including the screenshot. I'm sorry you're having issues with the Hourly Activity tile. To work on this together, could you confirm if the correct information was displayed on your Fitbit device?

In the meantime, I'd recommend the following steps:

  1. Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone
  2. Restart your Fitbit device
  3. Open the Fitbit app and pull down on the screen to force a manual sync
  4. Monitor its behavior afterward

No it hasn’t been fixed. Yes I tried all the usual things force quit, uninstall, reinstall, restart the Fitbit sense 2, restart the phone, and sometimes it will work okay, but other days not at all. Here’s this mornings hourly “stats”. Mined you I have swept the garage, tidied the house took out the trash and walked the dog from 6-8:30am today.

My Fitbit registers the hourly activity, but the app doesn’t. I’m using the the current app version on an iPhone 12 with the most recent iOS.

Hi there, @AnnieM25.

Thanks for the additional information, the steps tried on your own and the screenshot provided. I wanted to let you know that our team is aware of the situation and is currently working to resolve it. I understand how frustrating this has been, especially since you've put so much effort into reaching your goal. While we don't have a time frame for the fix, please keep your Fitbit app up to date so the rest of your details can continue syncing.
